Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping: Manage and update financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining office files.
Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical.
Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
Perform general office duties and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, or a related administrative role.
Basic understanding of financial reporting and record-keeping.
Good computer skills, including proficiency in using office software and financial tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Good in English, both written and verbal.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
High school diploma or equivalent required; an additional certification in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.
