Junior IT Support

We are a well-established worldwide supplier company of Marine Chemicals/Gases and Services seeking to recruit a Junior IT Support to join our team in Limassol.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing technical support for IT equipment, networks, and software issues
• System software management (Microsoft Dynamics ERP, CRM)
• On-site troubleshooting and repair of hardware, software, and network-related problems
• Installing and maintaining software applications, including antivirus, drivers, and Microsoft Office troubleshooting
• Install and maintain computer hardware/software components on users’ pcs
• Provide end-user support and being the first point of contact for error reporting
• Guide users on how to operate software and computer equipment

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or a related field 

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT field

• Very good knowledge of English and Greek is essential

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Dynamics )

• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities

• Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work effectively in a team
