Piraeus .

Key Responsibilities: Coordinating meeting schedules and visitor arrangements. Managing incoming/outgoing communications (calls & emails). Managing orders of office supplies. Supporting the organization of internal corporate events. Coordinating the daily use and availability of company vehicles Providing general administrative support across departments. Entering and updating data in the company’s CRM system. 🎯
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative/receptionist role. Bachelor’s degree in Shipping or Business-related fields (preferred). Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. 💼
