Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal.
- Inspect plumbing systems, identify issues, and perform necessary repairs.
- Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Respond to plumbing emergencies in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong physical condition and dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
