Are you passionate about building and scaling innovative loyalty solutions? As a Business Product Manager for Allegro Smart!, you’ll play a key role in expanding most engaging customer programmes. You’ll lead initiatives that turn user activity into long-term loyalty through Smart! Coins (Smart! Monety) - earned via a personalised and data-driven engagement programme - to build a dynamic and valuable customer experience.
This role is part of the Smart! and Loyalty Programs team and contributes to our vision of building a best-in-class loyalty programme that sets new standards for customer engagement in e-commerce.
In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:
Shape and grow initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction
Lead the buyer engagement model - from concept to data-driven optimisation
Coordinate cross-functional delivery with other Smart! Teams, Tech, UX, Legal, Marketing, Analytics, and external partners
Work closely with analysts to formulate insights, guide analysis, and understand dashboard data
Translate business needs into precise analytical questions and actionable recommendations
Support the business-as-usual monetisation stream while expanding the role of Smart Coins across the organisation as a broader engagement and loyalty mechanism
Ensure merchant, brand, and buyer needs are reflected in ongoing development efforts
Collaborate with team leadership to drive performance and customer delight
We are looking for people who:
Have experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and working with tech/UX/stakeholder groups
Are resilient, proactive, and capable of operating in a dynamic environment
Have hands-on experience with data, analytics, and KPI tracking - you don’t need to be a data scientist, but you should love working with insights
Are excellent at formulating business questions and collaborating with analysts
Have experience in loyalty, product, or brand/project management (FMCG/e-commerce experience welcome)
Can present outcomes and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Have strong communication skills in both Polish (C2) and English (B2 minimum)
Are creative, analytical, and thrive in testing and iterating on new ideas
