Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that shape organizational strategy? As a People Analytics Manager, you will lead the effort to interpret and connect data from various sources, empowering HR and business leaders with valuable insights. Your role will focus on enhancing data-driven decision-making processes, fostering collaboration with technical teams, and driving impactful reporting and analytics initiatives.
You will be part of the HR Strategic Leadership team and work closely with Process Owners, HRBPs, and other key stakeholders to set the long-term vision for People Analytics, while ensuring the delivery of insights that influence organizational outcomes.
In your daily work, you will handle the following tasks:
- Manage and develop a team of HR analysts, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Develop a people analytics vision and strategy, aligning with HR and business priorities
- Partner with HR leaders, CHRO, and HRBPs to identify key questions and provide actionable insights that address business challenges
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data quality and the effective integration of data from multiple sources
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Build relationships across the organization to foster a culture of value-driven reporting and analytics
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate insights into strategic actions
- Provide guidance on the interpretation of HR data and insights to improve decision-making and employee experience
We are looking for people who:
- Have experience in managing a team of analysts, ideally in an HR or people analytics function
- Have experience in HR analytics and working with large datasets in a corporate environment
- Are skilled in interpreting and presenting data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Possess strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between technical and business teams
- Are adept at connecting various data sources and managing cross-functional projects
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and the ability to set a long-term vision for analytics within an organization
- Have a proven track record of managing analytics initiatives in large organizations
- Are fluent in English (C1) and Polish (C1)
The following are also a plus:
- Knowledge of HR-specific KPIs and analytics frameworks
- Familiarity with BI tools, SQL, or predictive modeling (though hands-on technical expertise is not a primary requirement)
