Business Analyst

For our partner, an international banking organization in Warsaw, we are looking for Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the mobilization of AI-related initiatives, ensuring effective governance and structured delivery.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for AI use case implementation.
• Oversee project timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, including KYC and CDD processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and technology teams to drive project execution.
• Define and manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Provide leadership in AI, data, and automation-led projects.
• Track project performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in project management, focusing on AI, data, automation, or innovation-led initiatives.
• Experience in delivery mobilization and governance setup.
• Strong understanding of product management principles.
• Knowledge of client lifecycle management (onboarding, KYC, CDD).
• Background in commercial and/or investment banking operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
