About the job
The Welding Coordinator ensures compliance with regulations, customer specifications, and quality standards. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, assessing technical aspects, managing subcontractors, qualifying personnel, overseeing equipment and production plans, supervising inspections, addressing non-conformities, and maintaining quality records.

What are you going to do as a Welding Coordinator?
- Review of requirements: regulations to be met along with customer specifications and evaluate the manufacturer's ability to perform the job.
- Technical review: materials, joint location, welding quality and acceptance requirements, accessibility for welding and inspection, sequence, testing, dimensions and details of preparation. Support NRF design team in product design related with welding.
- Subcontracting: Evaluating suitability of subcontractors for welded manufacturing.
- Welding personnel: Qualification of welders and welding operators.
- Equipment: Proper use of equipment, supply, PPE associated with the process, maintenance, verification and validation of equipment.
- Production plan: Reference to welding specifications, sequence, environmental conditions, preheating, temperature control, testing.
- Qualification of welding procedures: Method and range of qualification.
- Welding Procedure Specifications and Work Instructions: Range, Emission and Utilization.
What do you bring as a Welding Coordinator?
- At least 4 years of experience in industrial environment, linked to production and projects.
- Experience in welding in the railway sector, according to the EN-ISO 15085 standard. projects in an industrial environment.
- Valuable experience as a welder.
- Valuable experience in manufacturing refrigeration equipment and/or heat exchangers. Experience in welding aluminium
- Polish, English. (Advanced Level)
- Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (desirable)
- Specific education: International/European Welding Engineer (IWE/EWE)
