We are searching for a:

Junior Order to Contract Specialist

We believe that all of our employees should represent the RICOH way philosophy on a day to day basis, therefore we look for the best talent available.

More importantly you will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting sales and coordinating with the supply chain department with daily management of other stakeholders
• Managing incoming requests and validating the documentation
• Creating, validating and submitting orders

We can offer an employment contract until September 30th.

What we are looking for in you:

In order to be successful in this position you need to have written and spoken fluency in English as well as good communication skills, ability to work on your own as well as a part of a team. Moreover, we would like you to be attentive to detail and have analytical mind.

We are also looking for people without previous professional experience.
