Your Key Responsibilities
- Creation of documents using HR system tools
- Configuration of automatic upload of data and documents to the system
- Maintenance of data and documents in the system
- Performing tests in the system
- Translation of newly designed HR processes into system landscape (incl. building workflows in digital HR tools)
- General data maintenance in HR systems
- Participation in Team/operational meetings
- Other ad hoc HR administration tasks
Your Qualifications
- Pursuing studies for bachelor or master degree, preferable in science or economics
- Willingness to learn different HR Systems (including Aconso DMS)
- Interest in IT/HR systems
- Preferably some first programming experience (any programming language, not mandatory)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Very good English and Polish (min. B2 level), both written and spoken, and at least good German language skills (min. B1 level)
- Strong analytical thinking skills (considered as a strong asset)
- Open for change and dynamic working environment
- Able to work in team or independently and with solution oriented can-do approach
- Focus on high quality and continuous improvement
