1 Hotel Copenhagen is centrally located at the intersection of the city’s vibrant Latin Quarter and its historic heart; it will feature 282 rooms including 30 suites. With a Green-Michelin-starred Chef at the helm, the property will also feature locally sourced, seasonal cuisine as eclectic as the city itself at the signature restaurant and bar. Guests and locals alike can find tranquility in the nature-inspired Bamford Wellness Spa, connected with the natural world in the property’s urban garden complete an on-site bee hotel, or embark on an adventure, exploring Copenhagen's rich tapestry of parks and museums on bike.

As a Runner, you are the kind of team player who keeps the whole operation flowing. You’re hands-on, organized, and always one step ahead, whether you’re resetting tables, restocking stations, or helping run food and drinks with precision. You care about the guest experience even if you’re not always in the spotlight, and you know how important the little details are to creating a great vibe. You work closely with both front- and back-of-house teams of the bar and restaurant to ensure the guest experience feels smooth and welcoming.

About you…

• Experience supporting F&B teams during busy service periods in both restaurant and bar environments.
• Setting up and closing front and back-of-house areas each day.
• Running food to tables accurately and efficiently, with clear descriptions of each dish when delivered.
• Providing guests with menus and ensuring they’re clean and in good condition.
• Assisting waiters in clearing tables between courses for a seamless dining experience.
• Refilling and restocking serving stations with essentials like napkins, cutlery, plates, and candles.
• Correctly storing and labelling condiments and fresh food items according to safety standards.
• Cleaning up spills and performing quick resets with a calm, professional attitude.
• Supporting bartenders by restocking bar supplies, glassware, ice, garnishes, and mixers.
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
