Our location
Your location is somewhat flexible, but we find it advantageous for you to be near Aarhus, Denmark; Malmö and Karlshamn, Sweden or Zaandijk, The Netherlands where most of our internal teams are based. You will report to our Global ERP Manager.
About the position
The ERP organization is poised to tackle several exciting challenges soon. We are developing a template strategy for our Global ERP systems, with a range of projects on the horizon. In this role, you will play a key part in creating the template, processes, and working methods. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and coordinate the rollout projects that implement Global ERP systems at local sites (primarily in the US), working collaboratively with the central team to ensure successful deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Assemble and lead dynamic project teams to drive the successful rollout of templates across local sites.
- Strategic Planning: Plan and execute ERP projects that align with our corporate priorities, ensuring that we meet organizational goals.
- Project Oversight: Manage all dimensions of projects—time, cost, scope, and quality—to deliver exceptional results.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster clear communication with team members and stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and addressing any deviations.
- Decision-Making: Prepare and document stage gate decisions for review by the steering committee, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Change Management: Champion business change management throughout the project lifecycle, guiding teams through transitions.
- Process Coordination: Collaborate closely with process developers to coordinate changes and ensure clear communication and adherence to expectations.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with the central Design Authority and ERP Domain Architect team to align on project goals and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Partner with Process Developers to establish best practices and manage the impact of business process changes effectively.

About you
We’re looking for a talented individual who brings:
- A relevant bachelor’s degree and over 10 years of experience in similar roles.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP and relevant integrated solutions.
- As a professional you take ownership of your performance, and you are driven in your approach
- You possess strong analytical skills and maintain a keen focus on quality and attention to detail.
- We value your solution-oriented mindset, high integrity, and commitment
- You excel in communication, whether in writing, visuals or verbally, effectively engaging project teams, steering committee members, and global/local stakeholders. Your solid project and program management experience underscores your understanding of the critical role organizational change management plays in successful projects.
- You are flexible to travel to local sites across AAK globally, with initial projects located in the Americas. Travel could be significant in some periods depending on deployment phase.
