Brabrand Structured Technical Writer with digital skills Advansor is looking for a Technical writer to become a part of an international team driven by finding the best customer solutions. Your role As our new technical writer, you will be responsible for creating and updating product manuals and installation guides. You will work closely with our After Sales, Quality and R&D teams to ensure these documents meet legal requirements and understanding standards and regulations is essential. You will also collaborate with the marketing team and external partners to produce detailed fact sheets in print and online, and you are able to turn technical specifications into customer advantages. As our documentation increasingly moves into databases, having a structured mindset is important and experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems or other databases is a plus. You will be responsible for translations, our term base and internal local validators, and be the main contact to our translation agency. Main tasks Write technical product manuals and installation guides in English Create [KB2] fact sheets and web specifications for new and existing products Plan and schedule reviews with internal stakeholders Responsible for translations, term base and translation memory Editor in PIM system with the responsibility for options, descriptions, advantages and benefits in English translated into 10 languages for automatic release to multiple channels Your background Hands-on experience with technical documentation Excellent writing and editing skills in English Ability to understand technical standards and regulations Attention to details and a structured mind-set Understanding of digital content systems, structures and databases We offer As part of Team Advansor, you will get to work with more than 320 competent colleagues of more than 35 different nationalities and join us in our mission of designing and producing the world’s best sustainable climate solutions.
