At ag analytics, we are about to take the next leap in our product journey - and we're looking for a Digital Product Designer (UX/UI & Prototyping) to help us shape the future of our platform. If you’re a digital designer with a strong sense of UX, a sharp eye for UI, and a love for turning insights into intuitive, testable prototypes, then you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
In this role, your first mission will be to lead the redesign our core SaaS products by translating user insights into evolving prototypes – working hands-on in modern design and prototyping tools, collaborating closely with our product and development teams. But this is only the beginning; as the product evolves, you’ll continue to play a key role in driving ongoing improvements to the product experience over time.
ag analytics is a fast-growing SaaS company on an important mission to shape the future with data and predictive analytics. We work with some of the most prestigious brands and dealers in the world, such as Audi, VW, Porsche, SKODA, Seat, Peugeot, Opel, Suzuki, KIA, Ford, Volvo, Renault, Mercedes, and Citroën. Our plug-and-play digital services help the automotive industry take action on data.
Our two flagship products:
Autoflows CX – a Customer Experience platform helping dealers and importers act on real-time feedback to improve retention and satisfaction.
Autoflows – our marketing automation solution that ensures car owners are invited back at the right time for service, inspections, tire changes and more.
We are about to embark on a major redesign of our core platform that hosts both our flagship products. Our goal? To improve both usability and visual design, and to make our product experience as intuitive and elegant as the insights it delivers.
As our new Digital Product Designer, you will:
Translate ideas, concepts, and user insights into wireframes and high-fidelity designs
Build and maintain a living prototype using the tools that suit you best — whether that’s Figma, Loveable, Uizard, Framer, or other AI-assisted platforms
Write clear design specifications and collaborate closely with developers on implementation
Act on user research and business insights provided to you by our product- and customer-facing teams
Evolve and improve the prototype continuously as we test and iterate across different focus areas (flows, visuals, features)
Manage the design process and project end-to-end – including timelines, prioritization, and coordination across teams
Report on progress to the organization, ensuring visibility and alignment on where we are in the process
Work cross-functionally with product, developers, and stakeholders to align design with product and business needs
Help shape and improve our design system as part of the redesign process
Play a key role in the continuous improvement of UX, UI, and product experience after the redesign phase is complete
You might come from a UX or UI design background, or be a hybrid designer with solid digital product experience. What matters most is your ability to bring user insights into clean, testable design – and your ability to iterate fast.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 2 years of experience designing digital products (web and/or mobile)
Has experience managing cross-functional design projects and timelines
Can create interactive prototypes in modern tools (AI-powered or otherwise)
Understands core UX principles and applies them thoughtfully to real-world use cases
Is excited by iteration, not perfection – and sees prototypes as living documents
Collaborates easily across product, dev, and commercial teams
Works confidently with internal stakeholders and communicates design progress clearly
It’s a plus if you have experience from SaaS and/or B2B product environments
Not required, but nice to have: Experience working on redesigns or improving existing products
A central role in an exciting product transformation
Close collaboration with an international, growing team of 35 across 9 markets
A fast-paced scaleup culture with lots of autonomy
Informal team atmosphere with breakfasts, Friday bars, and social events
Office in the heart of Copenhagen (Højbro Plads) in the vibrant startup hub Matrikel 1
This is an on-site role – we work best together in person and don’t currently offer remote work
Please include a short motivation for applying and your CV and LinkedIn profile. The deadline to apply is Friday 9 May 2025.
