Are you our new Quality Management System (QMS) Optimization Specialist? Do you have a strong passion for enhancing, refining, and streamlining Quality Management Systems to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement? We're currently looking for someone dedicated to analyzing existing systems, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing effective solutions that boost quality, performance, and regulatory adherence.

About the Position
As a QMS Optimization Specialist, you will play a key role in improving and optimizing our Quality Management System. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure our processes are efficient, user-friendly, and compliant with applicable standards and regulations. Additionally, you will serve as a link between the quality department and IT to ensure the appropriate digital support for our QMS.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS).
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Train and support employees in using the QMS.
• Ensure compliance with key standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, ISO 13485).
• Develop automation tools to streamline quality processes.
• Lead quality process groups for areas like deviations, CAPA, and change management.
• Perticipate and carry out audits and inspections.

Your profile:

• Experienced in quality management and process optimization.
• Familiar with audits and inspections (preferably FDA experience).
• A strong communicator who enjoys working across teams.
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting.
