What we are looking for

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Hands-On Experience: 5 years of experience with downstream process equipment design, setup, and qualification at manufacturing scale.
• Technical Expertise: Experience with filtration, chromatography, TFF (UF/DF), and final API fill is essential.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong communicator with the ability to sell ideas and work seamlessly across functions.
• Global Mindset: Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to work with vendors, primarily based in Europe.
