ALUWIND is on an ambitious growth journey, transforming from onshore to offshore wind solutions. With a newly established factory in Turkey and a sharpened focus on the offshore market, the company is ready for expansion. As a high-impact Sales Director you have the chance to take the commercial strategy to the next level.

Lead, innovate, and win in offshore wind
As Sales Director, you will take full ownership of ALUWIND’s global commercial agenda, leading a high-performing sales organization. You will manage a team of four direct reports in Denmark and oversee the global sales support operations in China. You will play a key role in driving commercial execution, managing major OEM accounts, and securing ALUWIND’s position as a trusted supplier in offshore wind.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to accelerate growth.
  • Strengthening C-level engagement with OEMs and developers.
  • Managing a dynamic sales team, ensuring structured order execution in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Driving new business development and identifying market opportunities.
  • Leading negotiations for large-scale contracts in collaboration with Legal and HR.
  • Representing ALUWIND at key industry events and trade fairs.

Strategic leader with a proactive mindset
You have a relevant degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or Engineering. You have a strong track record in leading sales teams, driving business growth, and managing KPIs. Your experience includes selling complex technical solutions, ideally within wind, engineering, or manufacturing. You understand technical concepts and specifications and excel in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
You take ownership, point out a clear direction, and build strong partnerships. With a structured and proactive mindset, you navigate complexity, manage variation orders, and align customer needs with company goals. You thrive in a dynamic environment, embrace change, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams to drive success.
