Technical Recruiter - Copenhagen

We’re incredibly excited to be working with one of Europe’s most exciting tech scaleups, as they continue their journey of becoming the leader in their space.

As part of that journey, they’re looking to add an experienced technical recruiter to the team.

The Role

You'll be working in a team of three in the Talent department & will be helping the business to find the best, local technical talent to join their journey.

You'll spend your time working closely with internal stakeholders to take detailed briefs, before sourcing the perfect people to join their team. The role will revolve a lot on resourcing the perfect candidates & screening them against the position. Additionally though, you'll be actively involved in shaping the hiring process for these positions and providing feedback to internal stakeholders on how to attract the best people.

You'll need multiple years of experience working as a technical recruiter in an internal talent team previously.

The Company

With a headcount of approximately 400 employees already, they’re in a great position already. That said, they’re looking to grow by another 200-300 people in the next three years – so this is a great time to join!

The Package

Having visited their offices, I can honestly say they are the coolest ones I’ve had the pleasure of being in. Based in Copenhagen, they really value onsite work & most people are in the office for the majority of the week. They approach this in a very trust-driven way though, and you’re free to decide when you’re in the office or at home.

The salary for this role ranges between 40,000 - 65,000 DKK per month. On top of that, you’ll receive a strong pension, private healthcare, onsite gym & sports facilities, 30 days’ vacation etc.
