How You Will Make An Impact

As our Digital Space and Content Coordinator, you elevate and grow Arla’s digital commerce by collaborating closely with our customers and colleagues from various functions in a matrix work environment. You will be working mainly within digital space on areas such as retailer shelves, retail media, product data and content, where you will be expected to maintain and improve our standards to deliver the best possible commercial outcome for Arla and our customers.

Your responsibilities include the following

• Lead and support digital shelf projects across our organisation, working with concepts such as product data, search and digital content
• Assist our Digital Commerce Manager with developing annual retail media plans
• Coordinate and execute retail media activities with internal stakeholders and deliver necessary materials to our retailers
• Successfully communicate our digital shelf and data recommendations to our retailers
• Coordinate and track new product launches in digital spaces such as websites and apps
• Focus on leadership in digital shelf performance and KPI tracking across our European organisation via use of monitoring and analysis software
  
  

You should expect frequent face-time with our customers and multiple visits to Fyn (Funen) and Sjælland (Zealand) regions throughout the year. While you are a part of Arla Denmark, you will also be working with our colleagues from our European organisation, but mainly online.

What Will Make You Successful

You bring relevant experience within sales or marketing. You enjoy working with digital shelf and search algorithms, and you are capable of coordinating and executing retail media campaigns and shopper content projects. You understand digital and omnichannel mechanics. Whether you are a part of a start-up or a big corporate machine, you love bringing value to the table.

Additionally, you

• Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills including working with retailers
• Are highly curious in developing yourself in retail media and digital space
• Are able to coordinate and execute high performing projects in a dynamic sales environment, while having an eye for detail and structure
• Speak and write Danish fluently and are able to make presentations in English
• Have experience working in Excel, PowerPoint and preferably Power BI
