Then you might be one of our two new Student Assistants in People and Culture in Arla Foods Ingredients.

How Will You Make An Impact

Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI) is a global leader in improving premium nutrition. We are an independent company within the Arla Foods Group, consisting of a 2000 colleagues globally. Our headquarter is located in Viby, Aarhus. The two new Student Assistants will join our People and Culture team consisting of 16 colleagues. One student assistant will support our Projects & Learning team, the other will support our HR Business Partner teams.

Student Assistant for the Projects and Learning Team

In the projects and learning team our areas of responsibility are learning and development, leadership development, employer branding, diversity and inclusion among others. Your role will involve supporting with reporting and analysis on e.g. Diversity and Inclusion data or employee engagement surveys, developing presentations and materials for workshops and training, updating our Intranet, and assisting with employer branding activities. Depending on your skills and interests, you may also assist on strategic projects and learning activities.

Student Assistant for the HR Business Partner Teams

Our HR Business Partners play a crucial role in supporting various functional areas within our organization, including Supply Chain, Finance, Business Development, IT, QESH, and Commercial. In your role as support for our Business Partners, you'll be involved in coordinating and reporting on yearly cycle processes, proofreading presentations, and assisting with strategic HR projects. You'll ensure that our HR operations run smoothly and effectively, contributing valuable insights and coordination to help drive our success.

Who Are You?

For both positions we are looking for a new colleague who is eager to learn, is structured, has an eye for detail and a flair for spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. We are working closely with the business, so we expect you to be service-minded, a strong communicator and to thrive in helping others. As you will be dealing with various tasks simultaneously, the ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment and prioritize are key to succeed in the role. Further, we assume that you

• Will be able to work approximately 15 hours per week, with due consideration to your studies.
• Have strong English skills in both written and spoken. We communicate in English – both formally and informally in team activities.
• You need to be a digital native both in terms of presentation and communication – preferably an Office 365 superuser especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
