Field Application Engineer - IP&E

Job Description

We are looking for a Field Application Engineer who will join our Danish Engineering team to help guide our customers R&D in Denmark and help them realize their innovative ideas based on interconnects and electro-mechanical solutions.

You live in Denmark and work based out of one of our offices in either Ballerup or Aarhus. Home office is also an option.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Help development Engineers to select the right IP&E technologies and components for their next design.
• You will be responsible for growing our IP&E market share in Denmark in cooperation with our team of Nordic FAEs.
• Be involved in many different development projects of our customers
• As a technical expert you will be responsible for preparing & conducting trainings, events and technical meetings with customers and suppliers.
• Guide technical direction/priorities based on suppliers shaping strategy and market situation.
  
  

Requirements / Nice-to-haves

• Experience with electronics and you love working with innovative technology that can change our way of living.
• M.Sc/B.Sc Engineer or equivalent within electronics.
• Need to understand IP&E in depth but no need to be updated on tools.
• Preferably experience in IP&E design.
• Outgoing personality
• Danish & English language on a fluent level needed.
• Driving license and willingness to travel in Denmark in connection with customer visits.
