IT Business Analyst with Project Management skills

In addition, we have commercialized products in the US and are collaborating with partners around the world on the development of TransCon-based products for other therapeutic areas and markets.  

We are seeking a passionate IT Business Analyst with Project Management capabilities to join our growing Global IT organization. Together with the Commercial EU IT product team you will be responsible for delivering value and digital services to our Commercial Europe organization across Sales, Medical, Marketing, Market Access and Patient Support and more.

You will report directly to Jakob Monajemzadeh Thrane, People Leader in Global IT, and Sune Mejlvang, Global Head of Digitization, as functional leader in Global IT. The Commercial EU IT product team is based in our headquarters in Hellerup. 

Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Engage with the business in product discovery, scoping and delivery of new solutions. 

• Responsible for- and coordinate our IT launch efforts in Europe.  

• Active participation in the daily operations and system development.   

• Participate in developing how we work in the team and with business stakeholders.  

• Actively drive execution and participate in projects, tasks and support as part of the product team.  

• Write, review and ensure proper documentation to stay compliant with relevant regulatory requirements. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

You hold a relevant academic degree – minimum on a bachelor’s level or similar – and 5 years of experience from a Commercial organization, ideally within the pharma/MedTech/life-science industry.  

Furthermore, you: 

• Understand the space between pharma, IT and Commercial. 

• Have experience working in Product Teams. 

• Have solid experience in project management and hands-on execution. 

• Can communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Travel: 10-20 days per year.
