Your Role:

  • Sales Excellence: Manage all sales activities from lead generation to closing deals within Denmark using a structured selling approach.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify priority accounts and develop strategies for high-growth opportunities.
  • Collaborative Success: Work closely with sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals aligned with our business strategy.
  • Customer Focus: Analyze customer needs, identify solutions, and create tailored plans to meet those needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • BA/BSc or equivalent in Life Science, Chemistry, or Business discipline (or proven understanding of the laboratory environment) is preferred.
  • Experience in a complex B2B sales environment using a solution-based selling approach.
  • A track record of verifiable sales success with a consultative, strategic selling approach.
  • Scientific background with demonstrated ability to effectively utilize best-in-class selling processes and technology platforms, including CRM tools.
  • Strong negotiation skills and good time management skills.
  • Fluent in Danish and English.

How You Will Thrive and Create an Impact:

  • Sell the VWR product portfolio, including chemicals, consumables, equipment & instruments, chromatography, life science, safety & PPE, production, and catalyst services across Denmark (mainly via phone or MS Teams).
  • Drive new and existing opportunities by managing customer accounts to maximize valuable phone interactions.
  • Partner and support the sales and other teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company business strategy.
  • Increase competitive advantage and drive customer satisfaction by building trust and developing partnership relationships.
