Join our Business Transformation team at a time of change

At our Business Transformation team located in Taastrup, you become part of the Strategy, Organization & Transformation (SOT) department. Here, you will be met by 11 colleagues welcoming you to an informal culture where we speak a mix of Danish and English and all value a strong team spirit. In the Business Transformation team, you will join a dedicated team of three talented colleagues who share your passion for driving business success through insightful analysis.

As our new Business Analyst, you will be involved in gathering, reporting, and analyzing data to support the strategy in Ayvens. Primary task will be to assist the team with your analytical skills to ensure stakeholders in the business get the right answers at the right time. In that way, you will help answering the “why's” and “how's” in the business.

More Specifically, Your Key Tasks Include

• Extract and analyze both small and large quantities of data - primarily in Excel & PowerBI.
• Help develop Business Intelligence reports, tools and models.
• Prepare and present ad-hoc analysis regarding elements related to a wide range of departments (e.g., Pricing, Maintenance, Insurance, Service, Sales, Procurement and Used Car Sales).
• Provide actionable insights that can be easily interpreted by business owners.
• Reporting and handling of KPI monitoring and reports – both in-house and to external partners.
• Support colleagues on requests related to data collection, analysis, and presentation.
  
  

Are you the data cruncher we are looking for?

You are an analytical, structured, and methodical individual who knows how to prioritize time and tasks effectively. You enjoy working with large amounts of data and possess an independent and proactive mindset, as you are eager to share your findings and welcome new ideas and alternative approaches to getting the job done. You have a strong interest in discussing and collaborating with your team and colleagues, and you maintain a good-natured, easy-going demeanor. Additionally, you demonstrate a high level of conceptual thinking and a willingness to connect the dots between data findings and their real-world applications.

Moreover, We Imagine That You

• Are a strong & proficient Excel user.
• Can comfortably work with data & figures.
• Are not afraid to dabble in (or learn) SQL & DAX (MS PowerBI) or other tools.
• PowerBI experience is a plus.
• Have 1-3 years of job experience from similar positions.
• English at negotiation level – written & oral.
