Director of Technical Program Management

Then join us as our new Director of Technical Program Management (TPM) within our Tech Transformation Business Area, under the Infrastructure, Operations, and Security Unit.

Your Impact – Lead, Build, and Deliver

As Director of Technical Program Management, you will:

• Establish and lead a high-performing team of TPMs, driving collaboration and execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Own and deliver enterprise-wide technical programs that impact infrastructure, operations, and security, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless execution.
• Develop and implement best-in-class program management methodologies, fostering transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with executive leadership, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to drive prioritization and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with security, operational, and regulatory standards across all initiatives.
  
  
  

In Your First 6-12 Months, You Will:

• Recruit and onboard TPM talent, ensuring a strong foundation for the team’s success.
• Define and implement clear program management guidelines to drive consistency and quality in execution.
• Establish a Program Management Office (PMO) mechanism, creating a structured approach to tracking and prioritizing key initiatives across the organization.
• Lead and deliver critical tech programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and business needs.
  
  
  

Do you have what it takes?

You thrive in a strategic leadership role, balancing execution with coaching and mentorship. You bring a passion for program management, technology, and team-building.

You have:

• 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• A strong technical background with experience in infrastructure, operations, and security.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, successfully leading large-scale, cross-functional tech programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Advanced degrees are a plus).
• Experience from finance, technology, manufacturing, energy, or other large-scale industries is preferred.
