Job Description
Deploy the WareX solution according to the template.
Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough business analysis to gather and document detailed business requirements.
Business Process Mapping: Design process flows in compliance to WareX template
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
Functional Specifications: Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs and are technically viable.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Testing and Validation: Responsible in defining the overall test plan e.g. scope, sequence, pre-requisites and dependencies.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and project deliverables.
Collaboration: Work together with the ARTs and SAP EWM or S4 (ECC) partners, Körber, Accenture and Westernacher.
Implementation Planning: Create a plan together with project manager for different implementation phases. Identify resource matrix, perquisites and dependencies.
Leadership: Provide guidance to the team in term of roadblocks or whenever support is needed.
Migration: Drives the overall discussion with regards to migration approach from legacy system
Area scope:
Analysis and optimization of SAP EWM or SAP S4 (ECC) functionalities
Collaboration with warehouse operations, logistics teams and production teams
Requirement gathering and documentation for EWM or S4 (ECC) enhancements
Coordination with IT and other stakeholders to implement EWM or S4 (ECC) solutions
Testing and validation of EWM or S4 (ECC) functionalities
Training and support for end-users on EWM or S4 (ECC) processes
Monitoring and troubleshooting EWM or S4 (ECC) system issues
Requirements
Required skills:
Solid experience working with SAP S4 (ECC).
Proven experience in managing logistics business processes and workflow coordination.
Strong functional experience with EWM or S4 (ECC)
Leadership skills? Good understanding of EWM or S4 (ECC) ecosystem
