ABOUT THE TEAM
You’ll join a small and forward-thinking team with a startup mindset, built within the framework of BESTSELLER. We work with short lead times, agile processes, and strong supplier collaborations to develop products that reflect what the customer wants now. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Buyer and 3D Pattern Designer to bring each weekly drop to life — from concept to digital handoff.

YOUR ROLE
As 3D Product Developer, your main responsibility is to ensure that each product drop is relevant, trend-aligned, and digitally developed with high speed and precision. You’ll merge data insights with supplier input and creative intuition to select and adapt products and prepare styles for visual presentation and final development.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring trend platforms, sales data, and market activity to identify commercial opportunities
• Selecting and coordinating styles from supplier proposals that align with our brand and drop strategy
• Adapting and finalizing styles in CLO3D — ensuring accurate simulation, material mapping, and visual quality for internal review and sales readiness
• Collaborating closely with our Buyer and 3D Pattern Designer to ensure smooth and efficient development
• Developing collections based on digital material and shape libraries
• Contributing to the improvement of our digital workflows and sharing ideas for faster and smarter processes
• Travel and visiting our suppliers frequently worldwide

WHAT YOU BRING
We’re looking for someone who connects data with design — someone who spots trends, understands the market, and turns insights into impactful 3D products. You combine technical skills with creative intuition, work proactively and structured, and bring both ownership and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset. You’re curious by nature and eager to challenge conventions in shaping a new way of developing fashion.

We imagine you bring:

• Experience with CLO3D (knowledge of other 3D tools is a plus)
• A sharp eye for trends and know what’s moving in the market
• Enjoy working with data, reports and AI tools as a core part of your decision-making and product development
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
