We have gone through a transformation over the last years - and our journey is not over yet. We have joined our optimization forces in a new team and are looking for an Optimization Manager to take the lead in optimizing, developing, and maintaining our processes in BESTSELLER Logistics.

YOUR TEAM
Join our dedicated Optimization Team at LCN Operations, where collaboration is at the heart of our success. Our team is a dynamic group of professionals from various functions including operations, IT, and planning. Together, we drive process improvements and digital initiatives that enhance efficiency and deliver measurable results across our logistics operations. Furthermore, you will be part of a management team of 6 managers, where your knowledge and valued input will be needed to further develop us as a group and team.

YOUR ROLE
As our Optimization Manager you will be driving the process optimization in the LCN Operation organization. Together with the optimization team and Managers, you will set the direction for working smarter with a digitalization mindset. You understand the cross functions we have and use the knowledge to get good information and ideas.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking the lead in developing new business solutions and procedures within LCN while securing the right capabilities, processes, systems, and organizational setup to deliver on the strategic goals
• Managing stakeholders – from managers in the Logistics Operations department to colleagues in BESTSELLER’s TECH organization and external vendors of the technology we have in our warehouses, who are all important in making best practice become reality
• Driving digitalization and optimization initiatives to balance workloads and keeping the organization effective with a high service level across all areas.

In addition, we are looking for the following specific qualifications:

• 5 years of experience driving process optimization in the intersection between people, systems and technology in a logistics or production organization
• Strong skills in managing stakeholders across Operations, Planning, and IT
• An educational background within logistics, supply chain or production is preferred
• Fluent in Danish and English – written and spoken.
