Year 1: Local Immersion in Singapore

• Department Specialization: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the logistics industry by working in key departments such as General Logistics, Marine Logistics or Projects Logistics.
• Theoretical Foundations: Expand your expertise through in person and remote courses on topics like Road, Sea, Air, and Rail Transport; Customs Formalities; Legal, Accounting and Warehousing
• Hands-On Learning: Gain practical knowledge through on-the-job training with support from experienced team members and dedicated mentors.

Year 2: Mastery in Your Home Country

• Enhanced Responsibilities: Step into more challenging roles in Singapore, showcasing your growing expertise and independence.
• Deep Specialization: Strengthen your skill set in freight forwarding and logistics while delivering excellent performance.

Year 3 (Optional): International Exposure

• Global Opportunities: High-performing trainees may choose to work in one of our international offices.
