BOLIA is looking for a Video Producer (Student Job) to join our People & Development team – 7- 10 hours per week.

Do you have an eye for aesthetics, a passion for storytelling, and a talent for video editing? If so, we might have the perfect opportunity for you! We’re looking for a Video Producer to support our People & Development team in creating engaging training materials, employer branding content, and capturing key moments from our kick-off events. You’ll collaborate closely with our team and external partners to bring BOLIA’s creative visions to life

Your Tasks:

• Video Editing & Post-Production: Transform raw footage into stunning, engaging videos that match BOLIA’s visual style.
  
• Colour Grading & Sound Design: Ensure high-quality, polished videos with excellent audio and visual consistency.
  
• Employer Branding & Kick-off Recording: Help us capture and showcase the BOLIA spirit through exciting content.
  
• Collaboration: Work alongside our creative and People & Development teams to develop and execute video projects.

Must-Have superpowers:

• A student - maybe you're studying at VIA Film & Transmedia, Media Studies (AU), or DMJX.
  
• Experience in video production, especially editing, with a strong portfolio to showcase your skills. While we don't expect you to be equally skilled in all aspects of video production, we are looking for someone who is open to learning new things.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects), knowledge of DaVinci
  
• Resolve is a plus!
  
• A creative and detail-oriented mindset, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling.
  
• A person with a structured, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects while keeping up with deadlines.
  
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
