Environmental Controller
THE OPPORTUNITY
Join our Sustainability Department at Boozt and be part of a team committed to driving meaningful change and building a resilient, sustainable business.

We are seeking an Environmental Controller to take ownership of calculating, consolidating, analyzing, and reporting environmental performance data for the group. This role ensures compliance with EU regulations while supporting our commitment to sustainability and science-based targets.

As part of this, our Sustainability Reporting Team plays a key role in analyzing ESG performance, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

This position will be based at our Malmö head office, relocating to Copenhagen in February 2026. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Environmental Reporting & Monitoring: Prepare group-level reports and track environmental KPIs in our ESG software. Collect, calculate, and report GHG emissions, resource inflow, and outflow data to ensure accurate and transparent data
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all subsidiaries comply with relevant environmental regulations and reporting standards
• Collaboration & Data Accuracy: Work closely with Fulfilment operations to ensure precise reporting
• Data Analysis & Improvements: Identify areas for improvement and develop reduction strategies to minimize environmental impact
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, driving projects supporting Boozt’s science-based targets

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about environmental sustainability and data-driven decision-making. You thrive in fast-paced environments, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Management, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Knowledge and experience in environmental management and reporting, preferably from an international company with subsidiaries
• Experience with ESG reporting frameworks and GHG Protocol. ESRS reporting experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Fluency in English (our corporate language)
