We’re looking for a competent and energetic HR talent acquisition & Partner to support our HR team with everything from recruitments, people strategy, and employee learning & development initiatives. At Boozt we have a business oriented HR approach.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will be responsible for recruitments and support HR partnering tasks. You’ll be an integral part of our People & Culture team, helping shape the future of the company by ensuring we have the best people in place to succeed. The tasks includes:

• Drive recruitments A-Z, incl. sourcing, screening, assessing and engaging top talent to help us scale fast.
• Own a business area, where you are responsible for both the recruitment and have entry level HR partner responsibilities
• Work with learning, development & mentorship programs that help our employees grow and succeed.
• Work with the team to maintain a high-performance culture
• Drive HR projects
  
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 1-2 years experience of recruitment.
• Preferable if you have other previous experience in other HR or people-related fields!
• Preferable if you have experience working in projects.
• A passion for people and culture with a strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
• A hands-on, get-things-done attitude – you’re not afraid to jump in and make your mark
• Strong communication skills – you know how to connect with people, whether it's through email, online, phone, or face-to-face.
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while keeping everything on track.
