Electrical Project Lead

We are seeking for a skilled and experienced project manager for a electrical project for our pharma client in Hilleroed. Based in Hilleroed with a base in our Electrical Installation department in Odense, you will be offered an exciting, responsible and versatile role where you will apply your expertise and experience daily.

As a project manager, we guarantee you will work with all aspects of project management such as production planning, finance, quality assurance and documentation. Reporting to the lead project manager, you will hold managerial accountability for both your team members and the project, emphasizing environmental and workplace safety. Additionally, we are a dynamic team that supports each other, valuing collaboration highly.

A selection of your responsibilities:

• Detailed engineering and scheduling
• Quality assurance and D&V (Design & Verification) in collaboration with our client
• Participation in offer preparations and calculation, including upselling to existing customers.
• Project control and management, including finances and resources.
• Direct management of a team of skilled technicians.

Who are you?

• You hold qualifications as an electrical engineer, electrician with authorization or other relevant education.
• You have at least 5 years of industry experience in electrical project management, preferably with electrical and Pharma experience.
• You exhibit strong financial acumen for budget planning and contract management, with a keen eye on project deadlines.
• You have good communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with various organizational levels and major clients.
• You are motivated by goals, action and commitment to achieve tangible results, while fulfilling leadership responsibilities towards team members and colleagues.
• You prioritize continuous learning and development.
