About The Role

We’re looking for a commercial and technical Sr. Project Manager to lead our Danish operations and to take BESS projects from handshake to handover, ensuring seamless execution from pricing and procurement to final delivery. You will lead the team of project managers as we grow the organization. You’ll be the glue between sales, suppliers, and execution teams, making sure we deliver on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. . What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the full project lifecycle – from initial scoping and cost estimation to procurement, execution, and final delivery.

• Work closely with our sales team to define project scope, pricing, and risk management strategies.

• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Optimize workflows to maximize efficiency, profitability, and speed.

• Keep projects compliant with regulations and industry standards.

• Solve challenges on the fly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of project management experience in energy, construction, or infrastructure.

• Strong cost estimation and budgeting skills – you know how to keep a project financially on track.

• Technical and commercial know-how to navigate both sides of BESS projects.

• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach – you get things done.

• Experience leading teams and working with external partners.

• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and commercial teams.

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
