Digital Product Lead, Supply Chain

Are you a leader (or ready to be) and looking for a challenge? IT at Carlsberg is a diverse group of technology and business specialists, working in a fun and fast-paced company. We are looking for the right someone to manage and steer our Supply Chain Logistics applications and services for Western Europe (WE).

What You’ll Be Doing

You will lead a team of IT Product Owners, accountable for managing and transforming logistics (warehouse management, transportation, and distribution). You will work with stakeholders in 10 Western Europe countries to identify and prioritize initiatives, convert ideas into business cases, secure funding, and ensure successful implementations.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include

• Leadership for a team of technical Product Owners
• Communicating with stakeholders at management and executive levels
• Setting and driving direction as we modernize and evolve our system landscape
• Tracking and controlling financials and procurement
• Managing change across our user-base to ensure adoption
• Engaging with large strategic vendors and business partners
  
  

What We’re Looking For

You might be an experienced product lead, team lead or IT professional. You could be deep in Supply Chain processes and looking to build a career in technology. What matters most is your personality and your readiness to lead and manage. If you bring some of the following, and you’re ready to learn the rest, we want to hear from you:

• People leadership (direct and/or matrix)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• A balance of results-orientation and empathy
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain Logistics (warehouse management, transportation and distribution), E2E supply chains and the systems that support them.
• Functional or technical IT background
• Knowledge of SAP, Astro or BlueYonder
• Experience in a global business or FMCG environment
• A solid business toolset and maybe certifications
• Experience with strategic transformation or strategic project management
• The ability to explain complicated concepts and IT in simple ways

Your base will be Carlsberg Central Office in Copenhagen (or another Carlsberg office in our Western Europe markets if closer) with the flexibility to work from home too. There can be travel. We estimate 10 days per year.
