In the role of Sales Coordinator & Analyst, you will be the backbone of our European sales team, combining analytical thinking with hands-on coordination to turn commercial strategies into actions.

Main responsibilities:
As Sales Coordinator & Analyst, you will play a key role in coordinating European Sales and collaborating with our Field Application Scientists (FAS), the team members who visit our customers. Your main responsibilities involve:
- Serving as the internal coordinator for customer accounts by supporting the FAS with meeting coordination, scheduling, quoting prices, and follow-ups
- Improving sales processes and prioritizing customer efforts based on data-driven insights
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reports that support sales planning and execution
- Analyzing customer data to identify trends, gaps, and sales opportunities
- Ensuring data quality by continuously cleaning and enriching our CRM database
- Addressing sales inquiries and communicating with customers in a timely and service-oriented manner
- Contributing to strategic initiatives led by the SVP of Sales, Europe.

The ideal candidate:
- Works independently with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity, asking questions to gain a deeper understanding
- Is motivated by optimizing ways of working — streamlining data structures, refining sales processes and solving commercial challenges
- Works in a structured and detail-oriented manner
- Has experience with CRM systems and BI reporting tools (Zoho is a plus)
- Feels comfortable collaborating with both scientists and sales employees
- Is fluent in English and speaks either German or French, enabling communication with customers in a professional and service-oriented way
- Has 2 years of relevant experience in analytics or in coordinating sales functions
