Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bicycle Tour Guide, based in Copenhagen. The Bicycle Tour Guide will be responsible for leading guided tours through the city, providing exceptional customer service, sharing detailed knowledge about the history and culture of Copenhagen, and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all tour participants. The Bicycle Tour Guide will also handle occasional sales tasks such as selling tour tickets and promoting additional services.
Qualifications
Experience with Guided Tours and communicating with diverse groups
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Familiarity with the History and culture of Copenhagen
Basic Sales skills for promoting and selling tours
A passion for cycling and outdoor activities
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
