Role Overview

As a Business Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, you are playing a pivotal role in shaping and building up our clients’ digital journeys. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs, work on innovative solutions, and ensure happy smiles along the way. Your person and expertise will drive the success of our initiatives, enhancing customer engagement, operational efficiency and ultimately lead to a digital better tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Draft and support solutions with co-workers and stakeholders using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Lead and attend workshops and training sessions to ensure successful adoption.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience and record as a consultant or similar role with several successful client journeys.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE as a project professional.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, being able to co-op with customer stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
