Position Overview:

The purpose of this position is to support local Neria markets in execution of campaigns and local marketing activities in collaboration with Sales Manager, Global Marketing and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute on local marketing campaigns for the local markets: UK, BNL, DK, DACH and distributors.
• Create campaign assets to focus on the local Neria market.
• Ensure translations
• Compliance approvals (MRL)
• Activate the digital campaign in relevant digital channels
• Create reports/dashboard of each campaign / Analyzing the success of marketing activities and creating reports
• CRM updates
  
  
  

Event management:

• Assist in planning of national congresses and local events
• Coordinate with organizers & vendors.
• Compliance tracking for all events and approvals needed.
• Create congress materials / Content development in close collaboration with Marketing and Sales team incl MRL approvals
• Reporting of KPIs set for the events.
  
  
  

Ad hoc:

• Ensure HCP/Patient compliance when needed.
• Update of CRM system
• Creation of Purchase orders
  
  
  

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of having worked with marketing and/or project management preferably within Medical Devices or related life sciences disciplines, knowledgeable of industry standards and regulations (e.g., MDR).
• Experience with having worked internationally in ‘global-to-local’ set-ups
  
  
  

Qualifications/Education:

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, marketing, or communication - alternatively a degree within life science combined with relevant work experience.

• Speaking: Yes English*

• Speaking: Nice to have Danish, Dutch, German

Working Conditions:

Hybrid working – 2 number of days per week in the office in Soeborg driven by business requirements as Convatec has a flexible approach to office working
