Currently supporting more than 350 student founders across some 250 active startups, CSE's entrepreneurial programs are recognized among Europe's best, having recently won awards for innovation, diversity, and sustainability. CBS ranks among Europe's top five universities based on venture capital funding to our alumni according to Pitchbook.
CSE’s rapid growth, driven by increased external funding and cross-university partnerships, has expanded the international team to 30 professionals representing eight nationalities. Structured as a professionally managed university unit, CSE combines innovative approaches with solid administrative frameworks.
As the Director for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at CSE, you will lead and manage a highly successful and strategically important unit at CBS. Reporting directly to the Dean of Research, your core responsibility will be the effective management and strategic delivery of entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives.
You will oversee teams dedicated to designing and executing entrepreneurship education and incubation activities. You will foster local and international partnerships, advancing CBS’s ambition to create responsible entrepreneurial solutions to society’s greatest challenges. This position also offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to European strategic priorities in innovation and economic competitiveness.
The Ideal CandidateYou are an experienced leader with strong people management skills. You have a solid understanding of entrepreneurship or innovation programs, and you might have direct entrepreneurial experience. You understand the distinct leadership role required in a university or other complex organization. You thrive in dynamic environments that require balancing innovation, strategic planning, operational and administrative excellence, and inclusive leadership.
