As our Area Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our success in France, from identifying strategic opportunities to building and growing our French office. With your entrepreneurial spirit and expertise, you'll ensure our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and beyond expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Understand and monitor the French market for Dall Energy’s technology within district heating and process industries.
• Provide comprehensive market intelligence reporting back to management.
• Formulate and suggest strategies to maintain and grow Dall Energy’s market position.
• Build and manage relationships with key French clients and energy companies such as IDEX, Dalkia, Engie, Coriance, etc.
• Maintain and grow the project pipeline with valuable opportunities that align with Dall Energy’s sales mandate.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with DE DK teams and the Project Manager in Denmark to close deals and ensure the “Good from Start” procedure.
• Prepare estimates and budget proposals with support from the Proposal Department in Denmark.
• Issue firm price proposals with assistance from the Proposal Department in Denmark.
• Lead and participate in trade fairs and technology events in the district heating and process industries.

Perhaps your background looks like this:
Ideally, you have extensive experience within project sales and EPC contracts, preferably in the biomass sector or similar industries. You have strong skills in market analysis, strategy formulation, and stakeholder management. You probably hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, and you understand the impact of successful projects on the overall business.

You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to interact seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders. You thrive in a dynamic work environment, supporting Dall Energy’s growth journey. Fluency in French and English is essential for this role.

The position is full-time, and you will work out of France. Occasional travel of up to 30-40 days a year is to be expected. For our French colleague, a thorough onboarding in Denmark will take place.
