Awesome! But what will my new role be?
As a Technical Supporter you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users of our software across all phases, from planning and construction to renovation and maintenance. With your knowledge of digital tools and your understanding of the construction industry, you’ll help contractors, building owners, architects, engineers, project managers, and BIM managers get the most out of our tools and features. We have 1.000.000 users in Europe and offices in 25 different countries so an additional language is an advantage.

Sure sounds exciting! How can I be considered for this role?
We imagine that our future colleague has a relevant education or experience with digital tools for the construction industry. Experience from a construction site or knowledge of construction processes is a big plus. As your main focus will be resolving technical issues, experience with or a strong interest in construction software is essential. Perhaps you have already worked with BIM, Revit, or similar tools. Additionally, we’re looking for someone who thrives in an analytical role, is service-minded, and has patience and great listening skills.
As we are an international company, we receive inquiries from many different nationalities, so all language skills are a great asset, but fluency in English is essential.
