Collaborating across departments and with fellow finance experts, you'll ensure accurate cost prices, data-driven insights and deliver value-adding decision support. Success starts with a team
You will be part of a dedicated and experienced Cost Price Team anchored in our Performance Management Department at Danish Crown's headquarters in Randers SV. Performance Management serves as a trusted business partner throughout the organization, from Production to Commercial Functions, and is represented both locally on-site and at our headquarters, supporting all management teams with financial reporting, planning, decision support and much more. In the role as Finance Manager, you’ll therefore deepen your understanding of the business both through daily collaboration with your closest colleagues as well as regular site visits while contributing to our shared success.

Your responsibilities:

• Streamline, automate, and document product costing processes and principles for maximum efficiency.
• Carry out monthly cost price updates, ensuring precision and timeliness.
• Serve as a Center of Excellence for product costing across the organization.
• Define and maintain standard cost governance across all sites.
• Empower stakeholders with price estimates and robust business cases.
• Drive change initiatives, challenging traditional practices to enhance efficiency.
• Leverage technological advancements and maximize the potential of our SAP platform.
• Develop concepts for raw material pricing and overhead coverage.

We're looking for someone who:

• Brings 5 years of expertise in product costing and cost accounting, ideally from manufacturing or consulting.
• Has in-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles, including standard costing, overhead allocation, and variance analysis.
• Is skilled in SAP R/3 costing, Analysis for Office, and financial modeling tools like Excel.
• Understands manufacturing processes, BOMs (Bill of Materials), routings, cost/profit centers, and more.
• Excels in collaboration and communication, driving results across diverse teams.
• Is proactive, structured, analytical, and a natural problem-solver with a passion for improvement.
