Chief Business & Functional Specialist to support transformational Fee journey

Would you like to become part of driving a large transformational project moving all fees in Danske Bank from mainframe to a cloud-based platform? Your role will be as a Chief Business & Functional Specialist (BFS) in our FeeXpert squad and reside in our BFS chapter where there are plenty of possibilities for professional sparring with other BFS’ working within different domains. The FeeXpert Squad is responsible for driving the fundamental modernisation of Danske Banks end-to-end fee ecosystem

We work in a scaled agile set-up, with squads staffed across multiple geographies with a mix of Business & Functional Specialists, Developers, Architects, Products Owners etc. and constantly aim to improve our working methods and ensure high quality to create value for our customers and stakeholders.

You will:

• Work with Business to understand and document the system requirements across the squad
• Set & implement a standarised approach for requirement signoff and governance
• Contribute to the planning and prioritisation for the transformation
• Engage in development of overall roadmap
• Be a role model and guide the BFS team and squad members in applying the Agile principles and standards

A great match

• Minimum 5 years of experience as business analyst in the financial sector
• Structured and detail oriented
• Good understanding of the full value chain in a bank
• A proactive approach when engaging with colleagues and stakeholders outside the squad
• Strong English language skills, both written and oral
