Proof of Value (POV) Lead for the GenAI Innovation Lab

In the GenAI Innovation Lab, you will lead critical initiatives that demonstrate the value of technological innovations solving real customer needs. What will you do?

• Lead the identification, development, and execution of proofs of value for new GenAI initiatives across the bank
• Utilise strong project management skills to oversee the effective delivery of proofs of value, including setting measurable goals and coordinating interdisciplinary teams
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations
• Facilitate workshops and integrate the latest industry insights into the GenAI tribe and Danske Bank
• Manage the agile development process, leveraging scrum and/or other agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project execution
• Be part of scaling up/building the foundation in a sustainable way since the GenAI Innovation Lab is a newly established global team

To be a great match, we imagine that you have…

• A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in technology-driven project management or a similar role
• Ability to manage complex projects and engage with multiple stakeholders effectively
• Strong technological expertise for effective collaboration and opportunity assessment within the organisation
• Proficient communication skills, with fluency in English
• Experience with agile development, scrum, and/or service design methodologies
