Being a tech consultant at Deloitte 

Two days are never the same working as a consultant in one of our tech teams in Technology and Transformation. Some things, however, will define your everyday:  

• Analysis and innovation: Identify technological challenges, conduct analyses, and develop advanced solutions to tackle complex business challenges and energize operations. 

• Advisory: Build strong stakeholder relationships by working directly with clients to understand their needs, give technological advice and deliver tailored solutions. 

• Collaboration: Explore fresh perspectives together with diverse teams and contribute to our collective success. 

• Learning: Engage in continuous learning across multiple disciplines and get hands-on with the latest technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of the curve. 

Who we’re looking for 

We are looking for individuals that can recognize themselves in the following descriptions: 

• Graduates or young professionals: Master's students graduating this summer (or alumni with up to 3 years of experience) within Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. 
   
• Team players: Colleagues and strong communicators with capital C’s who are eager to contribute in supportive, collaborative, and helpful environments. 
   
• Problem solvers: Analytical thinkers with a knack for tackling challenges head-on and asking critical questions, who can navigate ambiguity to produce insights, and who’ll thrive in transformative projects at client site.  
   
• Passionate learners: Curious minds with a genuine passion for technology and eagerness to grow and develop, for example within specific fields like Cloud, Salesforce, AI development, SAP 4/HANA, system resilience enhancement, solution development or IT security.

As we are a large organization with a complex structure that is difficult to understand from the outside, we would like to invite you to our Talent Discovery Day the 9th of April to give you a comprehensive insight into Deloitte and our technology teams: Cyber, Cloud & Engineering, AI & Data, Digital Customer, ServiceNow and Technology, Strategy & Transformation.

During the first part of the day, you will have the opportunity to learn about our various projects and consultants and engage in casework and collaboration tasks with peers. During the second part of the day, some of you will be invited to participate in individual dialogues to explore the potential match and right place for you in Deloitte. Based on this, we hope to present some of you with a job offer in one of our tech teams the following day.
