Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled experienced consultant (Manager and above) to join our Sustainability Team. Our team works at the forefront of sustainability, helping clients navigate complex challenges across Sustainability Strategy, Climate and Decarbonization, Circularity and Supply Chain, Human and Labour rights, Product regulation, and Nature & Biodiversity.

As a manager, you will collaborate with businesses to develop and implement sustainability strategies that drive real impact. Your role will involve driving projects, tailoring methodologies and best practices to each client’s needs, by conducting research, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to support clients in making informed, forward-thinking decisions. Whether it's guiding companies on carbon reduction, advising on regulatory compliance, or shaping circular economy strategies, your expertise will help businesses integrate sustainability into their operations effectively.

Strong analytical and communication skills are key, as well as the ability to adapt in dynamic consulting environments. Key success factors:

• Proven experience in a consulting or similar environment (More than 8 years preferred).
• Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas: Sustainability Strategy, Decarbonization Paths, Climate Scenario Analysis, Circularity, Product Regulation, Nature & Biodiversity, ESG data management, Human and Labour Rights, Energy and water audits
• Familiarity with sustainability standards and frameworks (e.g., SBTi, TNFD, SBTN, GRESB, SASB, ISSB) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of EU sustainability regulations (e.g., EUDR, PPWR, EPR) is an advantage.
• Experience in developing new service offerings and client accounts.

• Leading in-depth research and analysis to develop data-driven sustainability strategies tailored to clients' specific challenges and opportunities.
• Drawing on your past experience to identify growth opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and help expand our sustainability consulting services.
• Advising clients on navigating complex ESG regulations and reporting frameworks, ensuring they remain compliant while driving meaningful sustainability progress.
• Engaging directly with senior stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions that drive measurable environmental and social impact.
• Taking ownership of projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality, actionable recommendations that contribute to long-term client success.
• Playing a key role in shaping the future of sustainable consulting by contributing to new service offerings, market growth, and thought leadership in the field.
• Contributing to a dynamic and innovative team that is at the forefront of sustainable consulting, making a tangible difference in the global sustainability landscape.

Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate who embodies a passion for sustainability and brings a strong foundation in environmental practices and business acumen. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of skills to complement our team.

What you bring to the team:

• Master’s degree level education, e.g. Business Administration, Climate and Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Anthropology, Communication, Accounting, Law, Data Science, Economics, or other relevant area.
• A strong interest in ESG & Sustainability trends globally and locally
• Relevant work experience
• Knowledge of sustainability-specific topics, including regulations, standards, and protocols in any of the ESG areas (Environmental, Social, or Governance).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
• The ability to both work independently and as a team player.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Danish skills are an advantage but not a requirement.
• Ambitious and eager to learn.
