We are looking for a structured and business-oriented Sales Operations Lead to join our Sales organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing sales-related processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring adherence to corporate policies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product Management, Engineering, and Legal to support the sales organization and Dirac changing the world of sound.

About the Role
As a Sales Operations Lead you are responsible for leading and developing sales related processes. You will initiate and manage various internal corporate initiatives within Sales organization, with focus on improving efficiency within the team, sales organization and adherence to corporate policies.
The Sales Operations Lead collaborates primarily with the Sales organization, but also with other internal organizations, such as Finance, Product Management, Engineering and Legal (outsourced function). This role is vital for efficiency and should strive for efficient organizational use of external legal counsel.

With in-depth expertise in CRM systems, you excel at streamlining workflows, maintaining data accuracy, and boosting sales team efficiency. You thrive in collaborative settings, partnering effectively with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless contract management aligned with corporate guidelines.
Your inspire, and drive sales teams toward success, particularly through structured processes like Deal Commit and RFx responses. With attention to detail and proficiency in navigating complex sales processes, you consistently deliver value, playing a critical role in supporting business growth.

Location
Your main location will be at Dirac’s headquarters in central Uppsala, Sweden but we embrace a hybrid work format. Living with commuting distance to Uppsala is an advantage.
