Michael Hassø Larsen, Group COOJoin Operations Excellence
You will be joining the Operations Excellence team at DOVISTA A/S, reporting to the Director, Operations Excellence. We are positioned as a central team, working closely with the Operations management team, Factory leadership teams, and across functional areas and geographies.
The position is based at our HQ in Horsens, Denmark. However, for the right candidate we also offer the possibility to work out of other DOVISTA locations in combination with frequent stays in Horsens.
This is what you will be doing
As you step into DOVISTA, our goal is to bring our common Operations Excellence model to the next level of maturity, building on best practices and serving the entire Operations organisation in the 8 countries we are operating. In this journey, performance digitalization will be vital in achieving our ambitious goal of becoming the best Operations team within the Window and Door manufacturing business in Europe.
Your role in this will be crucial as driving the Operations performance management roadmap and executing excellence & Continuous Improvement projects effectively is instrumental for the success. In this endeavor, you will be working closely with the Group Operations Management team and the senior Operations leaders on our different sites around in Europe. This to enable data driven decision making, ensure alignment and successful execution of our excellence program.
Finally, you’ll be involved in driving our Operations Excellence function. Here, you will apply a holistic approach to excellence activities by aligning and collaborating closely with key stakeholders cross DOVISTA functions.
Furthermore, some of your key responsibilities will also be to:
Improve process standardization and automation in Operations
Develop and implement best practices for Operations Excellence
Improve end-to-end value creation cross functional boarders
Develop and maintain Operations performance management monitoring key performance indicators on strategic, tactical and operational level
Ensure data accuracy, compliance and integrity across Operations (vertical and horizontal).
Provide ad-hoc actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

This is your background
First, stakeholder management, and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a dynamic environment comes naturally to you. Furthermore, you have:
A bachelor´s or master’s degree within Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or similar
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, performance management, or related roles.
A qualified toolbox from some years’ project management and BI performance management experience
Experience in change management and digital transformation initiatives
Professional English language skills
On the personal side you probably recognize the following traits within yourself:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Open minded and able to influence and challenge
Communication & presentation skills
Able to convert complex data to meaningful insights and to manage complex tasks/projects
