About the job
The CCCM Information Management Officer will be the technical lead for CCCM programming in Unity State. CCCM programming in Unity State currently consists of: Coordination, displacement monitoring and information management, community governance, community engagement for community-led initiatives, operation of community feedback mechanism (CFM). Given the responsibility to ensure quality CCCM programming, the CCCM Specialist will support project manager and team leader to ensure timely and quality implementation of CCCM activities in accordance with DRC and/or interagency guidelines, standards, and best practices. S/he will ensure that area-level CCCM analyses are updated regularly and shared widely among other sectors, ultimately contributing to the Centrality of Protection.
S/he will provide technical support to the CCCM team for quality assurance, spearhead regular analysis of service monitoring, safety audit, headcount, intention survey and CFM data, identify needs and gaps in humanitarian programming according to SPHERE and Minimum Camp Management Standards. S/he will design CCCM Programs (developing tools, templates, methodologies, SoPs) in coordination with the CCCM TL and MEAL Coordinator and support evidence-based advocacy initiatives. S/he will liaise regularly with the national CCCM Coordinator to support in proposal development, prepare reports and to report changes in the site-environment, contexts, discuss program priorities and strategy, and to identify additional technical support needs. S/he will attend state and local-level coordination fora and ensure strong information sharing in Unity State and at the country level. Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
